Can't ipad receive ordinary messages?

IPad itself can't receive short messages, but systems above iOS8 can set up continuous interworking function. Open the settings-general-switch the continuous interworking function in the settings-information-forwarding information of iPhone to open the iPad, so that the iPad can receive or send short messages from mobile phones.
