There are three main reasons why the 360os cloud service cannot receive the SMS verification code:

1, SMS storage is full. The short message storage capacity of mobile phone is limited. If the received SMS is not cleared in time, the subsequent SMS will not be received. Please delete the message and try again.

2. If the mobile phone is not turned on for a long time or in a place with poor signal for a long time, the short message will be invalid due to expiration.

3. It is related to the local gateway. Due to the large amount of local short messages in some time periods and the busy short message center, short messages will be delayed or lost due to the impact. It is recommended to try again at another time later.
