Starting from August 20 16 1 day, SMS will be stopped to remind debit card and current passbook accounts of free balance changes.

Starting from August 20 16 1 day, SMS will be stopped to remind debit card and current passbook accounts of free balance changes. If you need free balance change reminder service, you can download and register ICBC Rongge link, and customize the balance change reminder service based on Rongge link for free. If you still need SMS reminder service, please customize the SMS reminder service of ICBC messenger balance change and pay the SMS messenger service fee on schedule. If the agreement between you and our bank on the free ICBC messenger balance reminder SMS service is still within the validity period of the agreement, the original SMS reminder service will continue until the expiration of the agreement.

From August 1 2006, the reminder message of RMB transaction balance change of credit cards below 300 yuan (inclusive) stopped sending, and was sent by e-mail instead.
