Under what circumstances will the country evacuate overseas Chinese?

Evacuation of overseas Chinese is a diplomatic act of a country's government to withdraw its citizens living in other countries to the administrative area of its own government through diplomatic means. There are two concepts here:

First, evacuating overseas Chinese is a consular protection and service function exercised by the government, not an individual act;

Second, the evacuation targets are domestic citizens living abroad, including those who have obtained permanent resident status in their country of residence but still retain their own citizenship.

The identity of the person.

So under what circumstances will overseas Chinese be evacuated?

All previous evacuations by the China government were organized in the case of local riots, wars and conflicts and serious natural disasters, that is, when the life safety and legitimate rights and interests of overseas Chinese were threatened, the China government gave them consular protection.

The latest evacuation operation took place during the turmoil in Libya on 201/kloc-0. The Government of China evacuated China's Libyan personnel by sea, land and air. The frigate "Xuzhou" went to Libya for protection, and China used military force to evacuate overseas Chinese for the first time. On February 28th of that year, the Air Force sent four Il -76 planes to Libya to pick up China's personnel in Libya.
