Why not just post a ticket without notice?

Parking illegally is illegal. According to the regulations, the traffic management department has the right to punish illegal parking.

Therefore, after the violation is investigated, the traffic management department has the right to fine or detain the vehicle without notifying the owner in advance.

If the vehicle is fined by the traffic management department for illegal parking, but has not received the notice, it can be solved according to the following procedures:

1. Inquiring about ticket information: First, you need to inquire about the specific information of illegal parking tickets, including the fine amount, ticket number, illegal parking place, illegal parking time, etc. You can check the traffic management department official website, APP or call the traffic management department;

2. Check illegal parking information: Check whether the inquired illegal parking ticket information is consistent with the actual situation. If in doubt, you can consult the traffic management department;

3. Complaining about the ticket: If you think that the ticket you are in is wrong or unreasonable, you can complain to the traffic management department about the ticket. When appealing, you need to provide relevant evidence to prove your rationality, such as parking records and parking receipts.

4. Pay the fine: If it is confirmed that the information of the violation ticket is correct and it is impossible to appeal, the fine shall be paid in time. When paying a fine, pay attention to the payment regulations of the traffic management department to avoid unnecessary trouble;

5. Obey the traffic rules: In order to avoid the recurrence of illegal parking, we should obey the traffic rules, plan the parking route reasonably and avoid illegal parking.

To sum up, illegal parking is illegal, and the traffic management department has the right to punish it on the spot. Article 63 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China

Temporary parking of motor vehicles on the road shall comply with the following provisions:

(a) in the absence of parking signs and markings, in the motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes, sidewalks with isolation facilities, as well as crosswalks, construction sites, no parking;

(2) No parking is allowed at intersections, railway crossings, sharp detours, narrow roads, bridges, steep slopes, tunnels and sections within 50 meters from the above locations;

(three) in front of the bus stop, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade (station) and on the road within 30 meters from the above places, no parking is allowed except using the above facilities;

(four) before the vehicle has stopped, it is not allowed to open the door to get on and off people, and opening and closing the door shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians;

(five) roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road, motor vehicle drivers are not allowed to get off, get on and off personnel or load and unload goods, and immediately leave;

(six) city buses are not allowed to stop on the road outside the station.
