The user number is incorrect after online real-name authentication of State Grid.

Click "Rename/Transfer" on the online website to change the account name.

Download the "Online State Grid" APP in the mobile phone application market, install and open it. After the installation is successful, click to open "Online National Network", enter the main interface, register with your mobile phone number, and enter the SMS verification code.

Enter the "Rename/Transfer" interface, prepare the required materials according to the prompts, and click "Start Processing".

Add the user number (that is, the user number who usually pays the electricity bill) and confirm. Then select "No Change (Rename Service)" in "Change of Property Right/Head of Household".

Enter the renaming interface, and select "Property Owner" in "Applicant Identity". Select "Certificate Type of Property Owner" as "Certificate Type of Property Owner" in turn.

Select "photo of name change certificate" to take a photo of ID card and submit it. The rest will be photographed and uploaded to the property certificate content page and the front and back of the ID card according to the prompt requirements. Enter the name to be changed in "Owner Name (new account name)", click Send Verification Code, enter and submit the SMS verification code received by the mobile phone, and then wait for the name change to be successful.
