In order to further strengthen the prevention and control of epidemic situation in our county, fully implement the deployment of provincial and municipal prevention and control work conferences, master various measures for prevention and control of epidemic situation in COVID-19, make timely and standardized disposal, effectively prevent, actively respond to sudden epidemic situation and prevent the spread of epidemic situation. The relevant matters concerning the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic in our county are hereby notified as follows:

1. The designated fever clinic in our county is located in Xianghe County People's Hospital and Xianghe County Chinese Medicine Hospital, which receives all fever patients in the county, and it is forbidden to refer them abroad without permission. It is strictly forbidden for other medical institutions to accept patients with fever, and medical institutions that illegally accept patients with fever shall be banned according to law.

2. Designated hospitals for patients with fever should have special personnel to guide them to the fever clinic according to the designated route. Medical staff in fever clinic should do a good job of protection, and they are required to wear protective clothing, working cap, medical surgical mask, goggles, disposable gloves and disposable shoe covers.

3. Strengthen the management of fever clinic, set it in strict accordance with the standard requirements, standardize the process of fever patients' treatment, realize the registration, charging, treatment, inspection and treatment of fever clinic, and reduce the risk of cross-infection in the hospital.

4. The fever clinic shall conduct the first isolated medical observation on excluded and suspected cases, and provide basic medical services separately. Before COVID-19 infection is ruled out, the quarantine observation shall not be lifted, and the report shall be made to the County Institute for Prevention and Control at the first time.

5. All medical institutions strictly implement the 24-hour pre-examination and triage system, register relevant information in detail for patients with fever, cough, fatigue and other symptoms, and safely transport them to county-designated hospitals for treatment at the first time. The fever clinic of the county designated hospital strictly implements the 24-hour duty system and the first-visit responsibility system, and shall not refuse. Before COVID-19's infection is eliminated, patients are not allowed to leave the hospital or transfer to another hospital without authorization.

6. Fever patients should do personal protection on the way and during medical treatment, wear masks, try not to contact others and public facilities, carry ID cards, provide health codes and travel codes when seeking medical treatment, and conduct nucleic acid testing. It is necessary to actively cooperate with the pre-inspection medical staff in epidemiological investigation and registration, and shall not conceal the history of medication, residence and medical history. 7. The masses are concerned about the division of high-risk areas in China. If there are no special circumstances, it is unnecessary not to go to high-risk areas.
