Will the suspect be notified after the fraud is filed?

Article 67 of the Procedures of Public Security Organs for Handling Administrative Cases requires summoning illegal suspects for investigation. With the approval of the police station, the case handling department of the public security organ at or above the county level or the person in charge of the entry-exit frontier inspection organ, a summons card shall be used for summoning. The people's police can verbally summon the illegal suspect found on the spot by showing the people's police card, and indicate the arrival process, arrival time and departure time of the illegal suspect in the inquiry record. If a unit violates the regulations on public security management and needs to summon its directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel, the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall apply. Suspects who violate the administration of public security, leave the country or enter the country without justifiable reasons, and other illegal suspects who can be summoned according to law may be summoned by force with the approval of the director of the police station, the case-handling department of the public security organ at or above the county level or the entry-exit frontier inspection organ. When forced to summon, you can use binding police equipment such as handcuffs and police ropes according to law. The public security organ shall inform the summoned person of the reasons and basis for summoning, and inform his family members. The public security organ shall notify the family members of the summoned person to apply the provisions of Item 5 of Paragraph 1 of Article 55 of these Provisions.
