The fraudster re-used 15 days to hesitate to surrender, and Noah Company refunded. At this point, fraudsters use the stolen identity information to open a card in a bank with poor customer identification ability and report a fake bank card number. So, call the police as soon as possible, contact UnionPay or Noah Company and provide an alarm receipt! Don't answer strange phone calls from different places from scammers, and don't provide strangers with my real ID information and pictures.
