At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control in the whole country and the whole province is severe and complicated, with multi-point distribution, frequent occurrence and local aggregation, and the pressure of epidemic prevention and control is enormous. Especially in Jilin, Shandong and other provinces, campus cluster epidemic occurred, and/kloc-0 pupils in Huaihua city of this province were infected, which brought great pressure on epidemic prevention in our city and sounded the alarm for school epidemic prevention and control. March 19 to April 18 is the special care period for epidemic prevention and control in our city. In order to effectively and orderly promote the epidemic prevention work and ensure the health and life safety of your children and their families, we warmly remind you to fulfill your personal and family health management responsibilities, effectively play the role of "family first school, parents first teacher", and actively cooperate with the school to do the following work:

First, consciously be a demonstrator to cooperate with epidemic prevention work.

Parents take the lead in demonstrating, establish a sense of the overall situation with their children in a law-abiding, responsible and positive manner, and consciously abide by national, provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control policies and school rules and regulations. Strictly abide by and cooperate with the travel management regulations, and don't leave Hengyang or go to high-risk areas unless necessary.

If you really need to leave Hengyang for special reasons, please inform the school and the community in advance, and then carry out nucleic acid testing and filing system after returning to the scale, and do personal protection on the way.

During special periods, please don't attend parties, dinners and other gathering activities with your family, and consciously don't go out, stop by, get together or get together. During the coming period in Tomb-Sweeping Day, we will actively adopt simple ways such as family sacrifices and online sacrifices to remember our ancestors, minimize the number of people accompanying the sacrifices, and do not organize or participate in large-scale centralized sacrifices and mass activities.

If family members overlap with confirmed cases and close contacts, they should take the initiative to report to their communities, work units and schools where their children are located, and strictly implement isolation control measures.

Send children to and from school, wear masks consciously, keep a safe distance, and don't gather or stay around the school.

Second, consciously be the guardian of family life and health.

Take the initiative to vaccinate COVID-19 vaccine, persuade relatives and friends, especially grandparents and people around them, not to vaccinate COVID-19 vaccine as soon as possible, and timely vaccinate booster shots after completing the whole vaccination, so as to contribute to the establishment of a national immune barrier. Do a good job in daily temperature monitoring of family members, always pay attention to the health status of themselves and their children. If there are abnormal symptoms such as high fever, diarrhea, vomiting, fatigue and dry cough, go to a regular hospital in time and report the situation to the child's class teacher at the first time. Do personal protection on the way to the hospital, try not to take public transportation, don't go to class or work with illness, and don't hide, omit or lie about your illness. Take the initiative to do a good job in household hygiene, disinfection and ventilation, and urge children and other family members to develop good living habits such as frequent ventilation, frequent hand washing, wearing masks and not gathering. Try not to buy edible cold chain food, do not buy items online, send and receive express parcels, do personal protection, and resolutely cut off the risk of epidemic spread. Put more time and energy into the construction of parent-child relationship and family atmosphere, strengthen psychological support and emotional care for children, and provide positive energy for their healthy growth.

Third, consciously become a volunteer to fight the epidemic with family and school.

Work with schools to build a campus epidemic firewall. Pay close attention to official information, keep close contact with the school, and actively cooperate with the school to sort out and count personnel information, health reports and business trips. Guide children to insist on physical exercise every day, eat reasonably and improve immunity. Take the initiative to help schools find loopholes in epidemic prevention, point out problems in time, put forward rationalization opinions, and supervise the implementation of school rectification. Parents and friends with medical, psychological, emergency rescue and other professional skills actively participate in the voluntary action of "Hengyang people", and actively participate in voluntary services such as health and epidemic prevention, psychological consultation, rescue and rescue under the overall deployment of relevant professional institutions, and do a good job in the auxiliary work of epidemic prevention and control.

Fourth, consciously be a propagandist of scientific prevention and control information.
