The rapid development of the epidemic has further increased the pressure of "external defense investment and internal defense rebound" in surrounding cities. In order to ensure the safety and health of all teachers and students, Songxian Education and Sports Bureau issued the following initiatives to all teachers and students:

First, comply with epidemic prevention laws and regulations

For others and for yourself, we can take care of the overall situation. Epidemic prevention and control is related to you and me, and it is more related to the overall situation. It is hoped that the teachers and students will consciously obey the management from the overall situation, abide by the regulations of the school and the epidemic prevention and control department, maintain smooth communication between teachers and students, do a good job in self-health monitoring, and accurately report personal whereabouts and health status; Teachers and students who have returned from high-risk areas such as Nanjing and Zhangjiajie since July 10 and from high-risk areas such as Zhengzhou since July 16 should report to their schools and communities at the first time; Teachers and students still living in high-risk areas reminded to strengthen personal protection, reduce going out, actively cooperate with local disease control departments to do nucleic acid testing, personnel control and other measures, and then apply to the school after the local epidemic situation improves, and return to Luoyang after being judged by the disease control department.

Second, strengthen personal protection.

Be the first responsible person for your own health, and drive your family to regulate their behavior according to the requirements of prevention and control. During the summer vacation, don't go to high-risk areas abroad and at home, and don't go out of the city unless necessary. Special circumstances must be out of the city, must report to the school in advance; Do personal protection at home and reduce unnecessary going out; Keep a social distance, don't gather, don't get together, try to avoid taking public transport, and wear a mask when going out; Reserve epidemic prevention materials appropriately, do a good job in disinfection and ventilation, strengthen physical exercise, use less electronic products, adhere to scientific eye use, nutritious diet and adequate sleep; Develop sanitary habits such as washing hands frequently, "one-meter line", public chopsticks system, meal sharing system, coughing and sneezing; Carefully select and handle cold chain foods.

Third, scientifically respond to the epidemic.

Understand the situation rationally, maintain high vigilance and get rid of paralysis, luck and relaxation; Adhere to the scientific attitude, adhere to the prevention of the same disease, prevent multiple diseases; Pay attention to official notifications and authoritative broadcasts, understand the information related to epidemic prevention and control, learn the knowledge of health and disease prevention, improve the ability of self-protection, and do not believe in rumors, spread rumors or make rumors; Individuals and their families with symptoms such as fever and dry cough should seek medical treatment immediately, wear masks for medical treatment all the time, and avoid taking public transport; Take the initiative to inform the school and relevant departments about the activity track and contact history of 14 days, and cooperate with home observation, medical isolation or nucleic acid detection.

Fourth, prepare for school.

In order to prepare for the start of school in autumn in advance, teachers and students will not be affected to return to school as scheduled. Teachers and students who are still in low-risk areas outside Song County should return to Song County as soon as possible, cooperate with the school to clock in 2 1 day before the start of school, do a good job in family health monitoring according to the requirements of health and epidemic prevention, and report their body temperature and health status.
