1, before blood donation: Pay attention to rest and ensure adequate sleep before blood donation. Eat a good breakfast on the day of blood donation, avoid fasting and have a light diet. Should eat porridge, steamed bread, vegetables, vegetarian noodles and other foods, avoid eating greasy, fried food, milk, soy milk, chicken (poultry) eggs, meat buns and other foods, avoid drinking.

2, when donating blood: happy spirit, emotional stability, eliminate tension. Cooperate with the staff to clench and loosen their fists rhythmically to make the blood flow smooth.

3. After blood donation: press the pinhole 10 ~ 15 minutes with three fingers, and keep the bandage dry for 24 hours to protect the pinhole and prevent infection. Drink plenty of boiled water on the day of blood donation, increase nutrition appropriately, avoid excessive drinking and don't overeat. Pay attention to rest after blood donation, do not do high-risk work within 24 hours, and avoid strenuous exercise.

4. Relevant requirements:

Please bring your ID card, driver's license and other valid documents when donating blood.

(3) Fill in the blood donation registration form every time you donate blood, and please use a pen when filling it out.
