Messages are automatically deleted without any reason. How can I recover?

If Samsung mobile phone automatically deletes SMS, it is suggested that:

1. Check whether the "Delete old information" setting is on: Information-More-Settings-More Settings-Delete old information-Off (the operation path of different models of mobile phones may be slightly different).

2. If it has been turned off, please check whether the third-party SMS software is installed in the mobile phone and check whether there are relevant settings.

3. If the mobile phone still automatically deletes the SMS, please back up the data (contacts, information, photos, etc. ) and try to restore the machine to factory settings.

If the problem still exists, please take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and mobile phone to the local Samsung service center for inspection.
