Shandong Airlines mileage redemption rules are as follows:

1. Redemption is limited to direct flights actually operated by Shandong Airlines and bearing the SC code. Code ***exclusive flights are not redeemable.

2. Members can choose the applicable travel type during low and peak seasons to meet their redemption needs. Travel types are divided into one-way and round-trip, and the travel time in low and peak seasons is only related to the travel direction and time period.

3. Peak and low season periods are distinguished by travel date. Please refer to the Shandong Airlines official website for specific rules.

4. Children or infants are the recipients of prizes, and the standards and rules for prize redemption are the same as those for adults.

5. All taxes and fees involved in redeeming rewards must be borne by you.

6. The award tickets to be redeemed must be regular direct flights. Code *** exclusive flights and special charter flights cannot be redeemed. Award tickets cannot be used for award upgrades.

7. Award tickets must start travel within one year from the date of issuance, and are valid for transportation within one year from the date of the first trip. If all award tickets are unused, they will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.

8. The passenger’s name and itinerary cannot be changed for award tickets, and they cannot be endorsed to other airlines. They can be rescheduled and refunded. If the ticket is lost, it can be reported but the ticket will not be replaced. 9. For voluntary refunds, only taxes and fees will be refunded, and mileage will not be refunded. In involuntary cases, the company's involuntary ticket service regulations will be followed. Miles can only be refunded to the PhoenixMiles card account at the time of payment, and taxes and fees can only be refunded to the account at the time of payment. They cannot be refunded to other accounts.

10. Requirements for rescheduling mileage fare award tickets in off-peak and peak seasons: Off-season fare tickets cannot be rescheduled to shoulder or peak season periods; peak and flat season fare tickets can be rescheduled to off-season periods, and the mileage difference will not be refunded.

11. Miles can only be used to pay for tickets, excluding taxes and fees. The face price is shown as the actual cash amount received. The fare refers to the air transportation price for passengers from the airport of departure to the airport of arrival. Excludes ground transportation costs between airport and market. Award tickets no longer enjoy other additional preferential policies.
