Huawei nova2s mobile phone has no ringtone when it is turned on?

Please confirm whether mute mode is turned on. When the machine is turned on in mute mode, the bell will not play. Click settings > voice > mute mode, please turn off the mute mode switch, set the phone to ring mode and try again.
