At present, the domestic epidemic situation is sporadic and frequent, and the situation of epidemic prevention and control is severe and complicated. As the National Day approaches, the flow and gathering of people increase, and the risk of epidemic input and transmission further increases. In order to effectively cope with the current severe epidemic prevention and control situation and better protect the health of you and your family, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, promote local festivals. Try to avoid or reduce cross-city travel on holidays, and don't go out unless necessary; If you really need to leave Lai, you should pay close attention to the epidemic situation at the destination and the passing place, and don't go to the middle and high risk areas and counties where you are located. Unless necessary, you should do personal protection all the time.

Second, take the initiative to report the itinerary. Returnees from outside the province, urban returnees with local epidemic within 7 days in the province, must report to the destination communities, units, hotels, etc. Three days in advance. After discovering the epidemic situation at the source and the passing place, the entry personnel shall immediately report to their communities, units and hotels. Those who deliberately conceal, falsely report or fail to report their personal itinerary and health status in time, resulting in adverse consequences, will be investigated for responsibility according to law.

Third, implement health management. Within 7 days, people who have lived in the county where the local COVID-19-infected people are located and the city with high epidemic situation do not need to enter Lai unless necessary; If it is really necessary to return to Lai, people who have lived in high-risk areas for 7 days shall be subjected to centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days; For those who have lived in a moderately dangerous area for less than 7 days, take 7 days of home isolation medical observation; Regional personnel who have not yet announced the medium and high risk areas but have the risk of clustering epidemic or community transmission shall be controlled with reference to those who have arrived in the medium and high risk areas. Those who come from other provinces and come back to Lai must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and conduct "three tests every five days" every 24 hours after arrival. In principle, do not participate in gathering activities, take public transport or enter public places for the first three days. Those who violate the regulations will be investigated for responsibility according to law.

Fourth, strengthen the site static code analysis. All places that provide public and commercial services to the society, places with frequent personnel exchanges, buses, taxis, internet taxis, subways, class buses and other public transportation tools. , must strictly implement the "place code" scanning code inspection, so that business must be posted, everything must be scanned, everything must be checked, and no one is missed. The general public should take the initiative to cooperate with the code scanning inspection, and the units that fail to perform the inspection responsibility and individuals who refuse to cooperate with the inspection work will be investigated for responsibility according to law.

Fifth, reduce crowd gathering. "Happy events should be postponed, funerals should be simplified, and no banquets should be held", and private family dinners and gatherings should be advocated with no more than 10 people. Catering units that undertake dinner activities such as banquets of 5 tables or more must strictly implement measures such as code checking, temperature measurement and wearing masks. Those who hold more than 5 tables by themselves must report to the local community.
