For specific reasons, the card owner needs to call the credit card center at 4006695599 to provide account number and other information for verification and processing.

The credit card needs to be activated before it can be used. You can choose the following methods for activation:

1. Self-service activation by phone: Use the home phone or mobile phone reserved when applying for the card to call the credit card customer service Hotline 4006695599, just follow the voice prompts. Currently, only self-service activation of ID card-type accounts is supported.

2. Manual activation by phone: Please call the credit card customer service hotline 4006695599 in person and transfer to manual service. After the information is verified, the card can be activated.

3. Counter activation: The cardholder brings the card and the ID used for application to the branch to activate.

4. Palm Bank activation: Please log in to the Palm Bank APP and click "Credit Card → Settings → Card Activation".

5. Online banking activation: Please log in to personal online banking and click "Credit Card → Settings" to activate.
