BYD is not a department and can be recommended internally. The internal recommendation process has the following three steps.

1. The Administration and Personnel Department regularly announces the company's current vacant positions.

2. If employees have suitable candidates, they can submit resumes and related materials of referees to the company's administrative personnel department.

3. The Administration and Personnel Department conducts resume screening and interview according to the company's recruitment process.
