1. Open the WeChat application downloaded from your mobile phone and log in to your account. Click "+"in the upper right corner of WeChat homepage, and click "Collection and Payment" in the drop-down menu.

2. After entering the "Collection and Payment" page, click the "QR code collection" column. Then you will jump to the "QR code collection" page.

3. After jumping to the "QR code collection" page, click the "small collection account book" function at the bottom. Enter the "Collection Account" page.

4. After entering the "Small Collection Account Book" page, click "Customer Message". In the page, we can leave a message for the customer to submit.
