The peaceful elite's solutions to silence when the iphone is turned on are: checking the mute mode, adjusting the volume, checking the media volume and so on.

1. Check mute mode: Make sure the iPhone is not in mute mode.

2. Adjust the volume: Press the volume button above or on the side of the volume to try to increase the volume and make sure that the volume is not set to zero or very low.
