4. The academic level of candidates must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Graduates with three years' or above work experience (graduated before September 20 17) and recognized by the state.

(2) Graduates with higher vocational education qualifications recognized by the state who have worked for more than five years (including graduation before September 2065438+2005) will achieve the same academic qualifications as undergraduate graduates.

(3) Graduates who have obtained a master's degree or a doctor's degree have more than two years of work experience.

Candidates who did not take the MPA entrance examination in that year will not be retained for their pre-admission qualifications.
