This mobile phone number is out of service. How to cancel the mobile phone number and open Tencent video members?

First, if your Tencent video membership doesn't renew automatically, you can buy it with a new mobile phone number after it expires;

Second, if it is automatic renewal, then either appeal or re-enable the mobile phone number, and cancel the automatic renewal of Tencent video members after receiving the SMS. The specific steps are as follows:

1. After entering Tencent video, click Personal Center, select the personal information in the figure below, and click Enter.

2. You will see the option of "mobile phone" in the personal information interface, and click it.

3. You will see the area indicated by the arrow in the figure below, and select the bound mobile phone number.

4. After entering, select the option of "change mobile phone number" below and click.

5. In this interface, an "Unable to receive SMS" option will appear at the bottom, click.

6. After clicking, enter the complete mobile phone number used before.

7. After success, the following figure appears, then enter a new mobile phone number, get the verification code, and click OK to bind.
