You can appeal on the web page or on the APPC2C transaction form.

I. Web page (taking order completion as an example):

1. Enter the legal tender trading area-find the order to appeal-click "I want to appeal" in the lower right corner.

2. Click to upload the picture and edit the question feedback.

Note: proof of payment or proof of non-receipt of payment must be submitted at the time of appeal. The customer service will contact the other party for verification according to the information you provided, and the processing result will be replied in the complaint area. Please check the processing results in time.

3. How to find and pay attention to the customer service reply after the complaint?

In the legal tender trading area-select "Appeal Instruction"-customer service reply.

4. Click "I want to complain" again-you can see the customer service reply on the left side of the page.

Second, the mobile phone APPC2C appeal (taking the order completion as an example)

1. Enter the C2C trading area-find the disputed order-click "View Details" and click "I want to complain" in the lower left corner.

2. Click "I want to appeal" in the lower left corner.

3. After entering, you can upload pictures and edit the questions you want to feedback.

4. How to find and pay attention to the customer service reply after the complaint?

In the C2C trading area, select the appealed order.

Click "I want to complain"

Click on "Complaint History" above again.

After expansion, you can see the customer service reply and query the processing results.
