This year's direct recruitment of non-commissioned officers is about to start. In order to ensure the standardized and orderly recruitment of non-commissioned officers this year, relevant matters are now clarified. After receiving this notice, all units can organize publicity and registration, and other issues will be clarified at the business training meeting.

First, the enrollment targets are graduates of ordinary colleges and universities (excluding adult education, online education, correspondence students, self-taught candidates, entrusted students and secondary school students). The recruitment target is unmarried, the male age is not more than 24 years old and the female age is not more than 23 years old (as of July of that year, 3 1). Female enrollment is limited to clinical medicine, nursing and communication technology.

Second, the majors to be recruited must meet the requirements of the army and be strictly consistent with the professional name and professional code clearly stipulated by the headquarters.
