How to deal with being drunk and harassing others?

Legal analysis: it is also a violation of public security management to get drunk and harass others. Drunk people should also bear legal responsibility.

Legal basis: Article 293 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) lists those who stir up troubles and disrupt social order as being sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years, criminal detention or public surveillance;

(a) random assault;

(2) Chasing, intercepting, abusing, or intimidating with vile circumstances;

(three) if the circumstances are serious, forcibly seize or arbitrarily damage or occupy public or private property;

(4) Whoever stirs up troubles in public places, causing serious disorder in public places, and gathers people to commit the acts mentioned in the preceding paragraph, seriously disrupting social order, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than 50 years and fined.
