You may be a soft grid machine. Now many anti-virus software have automatic repair function. The soft grid machine cannot completely clean the system. It is suggested to do the hard grid first: turn off the hard grid first, then press the dial key, * key and 3 key when starting the machine, and start the machine until the word "NOKIA" appears (no key can be released in this process). Wait a few seconds until "Formatting .../.../"appears (some phones don't display it, so wait until the setting time appears), and then you can release the button on it.
