You can't cancel your account by SMS.

There are two ways to cancel the ABC card: telephone cancellation. Call ABC customers with the mobile phone number reserved by the bank and apply for cancellation of their bank cards. The cardholder of the account cancellation outlet carries the original ID card and the bank card that needs to be cancelled, and goes to any Agricultural Bank outlet to handle the account cancellation business.
