How does Apple's mobile phone intercept calls without intercepting short messages?

Apple phones intercept calls and do not intercept short messages as follows:

1. After opening the application, select harassment interception in the housekeeper. There are two options after entering: accurately identify harassing calls and filter spam messages.

2. Click Enter to accurately identify harassing calls. Set the phone, call blocking and identification on the mobile phone. After you go in, just open all three options inside.
