Who needs a 48-hour nucleic acid test report to enter Guilin in 2023?

In order to thoroughly implement the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, according to the relevant spirit of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Overall Plan of "B and B Classified Management" for novel coronavirus Infection, we decided to optimize the measures for personnel exchanges between the Mainland and Hong Kong and Macao, which will be implemented as of June 8, 2023. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, remote detection.

Entry personnel from Hong Kong entered the country 48 hours before departure, and the test result of COVID-19 infected nucleic acid was negative, and the test result was filled in the customs health declaration card.

Entry personnel from Macao do not need to enter the country if they have not lived in a foreign country or other overseas areas within 7 days, and the test result of COVID-19-infected nucleic acid is negative before leaving the country.

Second, entry quarantine

No more full-time nucleic acid testing for people entering Hong Kong. If the health declaration is normal and the routine quarantine at the customs port is normal, it can be released to the public. Persons with abnormal health declaration or symptoms such as fever shall be tested by the customs for antigen. If the result is positive, it belongs to asymptomatic infected people or light cases without serious basic diseases, and can be taken at home, isolated in residence or self-care. In other cases, it is recommended to go to a medical institution for treatment as soon as possible. If the result is negative, the customs will carry out routine quarantine according to the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and regulations.

The quarantine measures for people entering Macao will remain unchanged.

Three, the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao passenger flights

Resume the transit/transit service of Hong Kong and Macao International Airport to the Mainland. Cancel the passenger load factor restrictions on flights from Hong Kong and Macao to and from the Mainland, and gradually increase the number of flights in an orderly manner. Simplify the disposal process of airport inbound flights and improve airport operation efficiency. Strengthen the capacity building of flight reception in key cities. Airlines continue to do a good job in epidemic prevention on board, and passengers must wear masks when flying.

Fourth, the endorsement process.

Resume mainland residents' travel and business endorsements to Hong Kong.
