The short message sent by Unicom WCDMA 186 number cannot be received by other mobile phones.

It may be delayed. I used to send a message to my girlfriend 10 pm to say good night. She didn't receive it until 3 pm the next day.

Another situation is that China Unicom can't receive it, and this problem does exist.
