From June to August, 65438, in order to prevent the "four winds" problem from rebounding, the discipline inspection and supervision organs of Yunnan Province kept a close eye on the old problems, paid attention to the new trends, persisted in grasping the nodes and investigating the exposure, and resolutely made efforts to correct the "four winds". From June 5438 to August this year, the province investigated and dealt with 269 cases of mental problems that violated the eight central regulations, handling 387 people and punishing 309 people.

The Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection have a clear attitude towards implementing the spirit of the eight central regulations and correcting the "four winds" issue. At the first meeting of the Standing Committee, the new Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection studied specific measures to thoroughly implement the spirit of the eight central regulations, and formulated the Opinions of Yunnan Provincial Party Committee on Further Implementing the Spirit of the Eight Central Regulations by Provincial Leaders and the Implementation Opinions of the Standing Committee of the Yunnan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection on Further Implementing the Spirit of the Eight Central Regulations, which refined the requirements.

We carried out a special discipline inspection to implement the spirit of the eight central regulations, focusing on the situation that party committees (party groups) at all levels assume the main responsibility and the discipline inspection and supervision organs perform their supervisory responsibilities, and investigated and corrected outstanding problems such as violation of discipline and four winds's invisible variation.

We will continue to do a good job in the construction of discipline style during important festivals, strengthen supervision and inspection during the Spring Festival on New Year's Day and the Dragon Boat Festival on May 1, and the main leaders of the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection will lead the team at any time to pass special inspections and spot checks, transmit pressure, release signals and warnings, and seriously investigate and deal with violations. During the province's festivals, 309 problems and clues were found and 265 problems were handled.
