Where is Xuchang?

Xuchang, also known as Liancheng, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Henan Province in People's Republic of China (PRC). It is located in the central part of Henan Province, between 33 42 ′ and 34 24 ′ north latitude and between113 03 ′ ~119 ′ east longitude.
