Alipay transfers money to the bank card, can the other party receive the information?

If the SMS reminder is turned on on the other bank card, there will be a message of SMS reminder, but if it is not turned on, the other party will not receive the message.

Steps for Alipay to transfer money to bank card:

1. After logging in to Alipay, enter my Alipay and click Transfer Out;

2. Click Transfer-out, select "Transfer-out to Bank Card", and then select a bank card (not required if a bank card is bound; If there is no binding, you need to choose a bank card, and the name of the bank card account must be the same as the name of Alipay's real-name authentication);

3. Enter "Transfer-out Amount", and after verification, enter "Alipay Payment Password" and "Confirm Transfer to Bank Card", and the transfer to Bank Card is successful.
