1. After the customer receives the mobile phone card, log in to WeChat to follow "Henan Mobile 10086" and click "Receive benefits-activate new number" in the lower right corner;

2. Enter the purchased mobile phone number and SIM card number (that is, the serial number on the back of the received mobile phone card) and click "Next";

3. Upload the photo of the ID card, check whether the relevant information is wrong, and modify it manually;
