Notice on Banning Open-air Barbecues in County Areas

In order to further improve the air quality, maintain the city appearance and environmental sanitation, and improve the quality of life of urban residents, according to the laws, regulations and rules such as the Law on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on the Administration of Urban Roads, the Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in Shandong Province, and the Measures for the Administration of City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation in Shandong Province, the open-air barbecue is hereby announced as follows:

1. Areas where open-air barbecue is prohibited: east of shouyangshan Road, south of Bao Tong Street, west of Beihai Road and north of Xuan Ying Street.

Second, in the above-mentioned areas where outdoor barbecues are prohibited, it is forbidden to barbecue outdoors or on the wall, and it is forbidden to place barbecue stoves, business equipment, tables and chairs, floor-mounted light box billboards and light string advertisements with barbecue words outside the store.

Three, barbecue operators must install oil fume collection and purification device, and regular cleaning and maintenance, to maintain normal operation, oil fume emission standards. The county comprehensive law enforcement bureau will punish the behavior of barbecuing food in the open air, occupying roads, not installing oil fume purification facilities, or installing oil fume purification facilities but not using them normally to discharge oil fume beyond the standard. Refuses to correct, public exposure in the news media; If it causes serious adverse effects or consequences, it will be entered into the county credit "blacklist".
