Why do mobile phones always receive garbled text messages?

If the message you receive is garbled, there are two reasons:

1. The format entered by the sender user is incorrect;

2. The receiver can only receive English, while the sender sends Chinese;

3. Send pictures or download ringtones online, but the mobile phone does not support this format.
