Can I pay online if the bank card in Texas does not have online banking?

Bank cards can be used for online shopping payment without online banking. Just bind the bank card to Alipay to pay quickly.

To bind a bank card:

1. Log in to Alipay Personal Center and click on other accounts and bank cards;

2. Click on the blue font at the arrow to enter the following interface;

3. Click Add Bank Card in the above figure to jump to the following interface;

4. Enter the bank card number and the mobile phone number reserved in the bank when opening the card, and then click OK. Finally, fill in the received verification code and click OK to bind successfully.
