Add international prefix and international code (+0060 is Malaysian international code, and international prefix is 00) and international short message 1 yuan when sending short messages.

In other words, as long as you don't roam, you need to charge one yuan for each message, and you don't charge any fees. If you roam, you need to charge roaming fee when you leave Hong Kong.
