1. Zhangyin: Please log in to Zhangyin APP and click "All → Assistant → SMS Notification → Maintenance/Cancellation" (all the bound mobile phone numbers displayed on the page will be cleared during operation), so as to turn off the SMS notification of debit card without verifying KBao and KOrder. As shown below:

2. Online Banking: Please log in to your personal online banking, click "Security → Message Service → Cancel" to turn off SMS notification of debit card, and you need to verify KBao and KOrder.

3. Self-service terminal: Click "Message Customization" on the welcome page of self-service terminal of Agricultural Bank of China to cancel the operation by SMS. Please refer to the actual function display of the machine.

4. Counter: Please ask the cardholder to bring his/her valid ID and bank card to any branch of the Agricultural Bank of China.

warm reminder: if SMS knows that the payment is overdue, it is necessary to pay the fee before cancellation.
