Will I be photographed if I accidentally reverse my car on the national highway?

If you accidentally reverse on the national highway, you will be photographed. Drivers need to check the configuration of monitoring equipment on the spot. If it is a video shot triggered by the ground at the intersection, it will still be illegal to return after entering. If the high-altitude video surveillance set in the middle of the road prohibits taking pictures, you can't take pictures without entering this area.

The violations are as follows:

1, drunk driving a motor vehicle;

2. Giving a motor vehicle to a person without a driver's license to drive;

3. Driving unlicensed and unlicensed motor vehicles;

4. misappropriating or lending a motor vehicle driving license or driver's license;

5, alter, forge, impersonator motor vehicle license, driver's license or use invalid motor vehicle license, driver's license;

6, reversing on the highway, retrograde or crossing the central divider to turn around and turn.

Motor vehicle drivers have one of the following traffic violations, 3 points:

(a) driving a school bus, a road bus, a tourist bus, a passenger car with more than seven seats and other passenger cars exceeding 20% of the approved number but not reaching 50%;

(two) driving a motor vehicle other than a school bus, a medium-sized bus or a dangerous goods transport vehicle on a road other than an expressway or an urban expressway, and the speed exceeds 20% but does not reach 50%;

(three) driving a motor vehicle on an expressway or an urban expressway without following the prescribed lane;

(4) Driving a motor vehicle without overtaking or giving way, or retrograde on roads other than expressways and urban expressways;

(five) driving a motor vehicle in front of the queue or driving slowly, overtaking or occupying the opposite lane, interspersed with waiting vehicles;

(six) driving a motor vehicle to make or answer a hand-held phone and other acts that hinder safe driving;

(seven) driving a motor vehicle through the crosswalk without slowing down, stopping or avoiding pedestrians;

(eight) driving a motor vehicle is not required to avoid the school bus;

(nine) driving a truck that exceeds the maximum allowable total mass by more than 30% and less than 50%, or carrying passengers in violation of regulations;

(ten) driving a motor vehicle without a motor vehicle license plate installed in accordance with the provisions on the road;

(eleven) after the vehicle fails or stops on the road, it fails to use lights or set warning signs in accordance with the regulations;

(twelve) driving a road bus, a tourist bus or a dangerous goods transport vehicle that fails to carry out safety technical inspection regularly according to the regulations;

(thirteen) before the school bus on the road, did not check whether the school bus condition meets the safety technical requirements, or driving the school bus with safety hazards on the road;

(fourteen) driving a truck for more than 4 hours without stopping or parking for less than 20 minutes;

(fifteen) driving a motor vehicle on the highway below the prescribed minimum speed.
