Is it free to send short messages by phone between China Mobile and Xiaomi Mobile?

It is free for Xiaomi's mobile phone to send text messages to each other. Because Xiaomi's mobile phone uses MIUI system, the short messages sent to each other can be transmitted through the mobile data network.

First, enter the "SMS" application of Xiaomi mobile phone, and press and hold the menu button to enter the SMS settings. Then open the "Free SMS" option of the mobile phone card.
