2. The information provided must be true and effective. The school will organize a special class to review the materials, and collect the electronic license information related to "One Network Office" in Shanghai for comparison. If false materials are provided, the school will not pass the verification and feedback the situation to the relevant functional departments for processing.

3. According to the time node in the 2022 enrollment document, the school will start to issue admission notification messages to freshmen who have passed the verification on August 15. Please download the nail app in advance and bind the mobile phone number in the enrollment information registration. In mid-August, the school will invite parents to enter the nail class group.

4. The guardian holds the Vaccination Certificate to the outpatient department of the community health service center to receive the Vaccination Card (Little White Card), and the school receives the Vaccination Card (Little White Card) when the new students enter the school.
