Why is there no sound when WeChat receives information?

If you use a Huawei mobile phone and the message sent by WeChat doesn't ring, please try the following methods:

2. Please check whether the volume switch of the system is in mute state. If it is silent, please adjust it to ring.

3. Please check whether the Do Not Disturb mode is on.

When the mobile phone and computer log in to WeChat at the same time, the message "Windows WeChat has logged in, and mobile phone notification has been turned off" will appear on the main interface of mobile phone WeChat. Click this prompt box to set whether the mobile phone will mute the WeChat message.

7. Go to Settings > System (System and Update) > Reset > Restore All Settings, click Restore All Settings, and click Restore All Settings again after the second confirmation; If the screen lock password is set, you need to enter the screen lock password for confirmation before the second confirmation.
