"Entering Chongqing Code" is applicable to those who come to Chongqing and those who return to Chongqing from non-key investigation areas outside the city.

After checking the communication travel itinerary at various traffic ports, people who come to Chongqing and those who return to Chongqing from non-key inspection areas outside the city should scan the "entry code" according to the guidelines.
