Wechat has no call reminder and no sound. What's wrong?

If you use a Huawei mobile phone and you don't get a reminder when you receive a voice or video call when using WeChat, please try the following methods:

1. Check whether this problem occurs when making a phone call or using a camera.

When making a phone call or using the camera function (including third-party applications calling the camera to take pictures, etc.). ), if someone sends a video chat invitation, the mobile phone will not have any prompt.

2. Check whether the phone is in mute and vibration mode.

Go to settings > check whether mute and vibration modes are turned on in the sound. If so, first set the phone to ring mode and increase the volume.

3. Check whether the WeChat ringtone is turned on

Enter the wechat application in my >; Settings > in the new message alert, check whether voice and video chat invitation notifications and video chat and voice chat ringtones are turned on. If not, please open them.

If the version of the mobile phone system is the latest version, please go to Settings, search and go to Application Management > WeChat > Notification Management > Audio and Video Call Invitation Notification, and check whether permission notification, ringtone or vibration are turned on. If not, please turn it on.

4. Check whether the mute notification of WeChat audio and video call invitation notification is turned on.

Go to wechat > me > settings > new message reminder > voice and video call invitation, and check whether the mute notification switch is turned on, and if so, turn it off.

When the mobile phone receives a WeChat voice or video call invitation on the non-WeChat interface, if the audio and video call invitation notification is turned on, the mobile phone will not be reminded, and only the drop-down status bar will have an invitation notification.

5. Check whether the mobile phone and PC/ipad log in to WeChat at the same time.

If both the mobile phone and the PC/ipad log in to WeChat at the same time, you can set the mobile phone and the PC/ipad to turn on the ringtone notification or cancel the PC/ipad at the same time.

Operation method: Click the message bar on the mobile phone to remind "windows is logged in, and mobile phone notification has been turned off". After entering, check the ring or log off the PC/ipad, and the phone will return to normal.

6. Update the application to the latest version.

It may be that the old application is not compatible with the latest system version of the mobile phone. We suggest that you update your application to the latest version in Huawei application market or official website.

7. Restart the phone

Some third-party applications will occupy the audio channel in the mobile phone and cannot be released in time, which will lead to the full audio channel resources and make other applications in the mobile phone unable to play sound normally. Please restart your phone to solve the problem.

8. Restore all settings

You can try to restore all settings.

Warm reminder:
