Meizu MX3 notification bar has a small bubble icon on it. What is it and how to get rid of it?

This icon is a notification icon for third-party push messages. As shown in the figure;

The operation steps of this solution are as follows:

Drop-down notification bar.

Click the message in the notification bar to remove the icon.

Or click the Clear button in the upper right corner to clear the notification message and remove the prompt icon.
