How to operate the video court;

The first step is to negotiate with the parties by telephone and establish a special WeChat group.

Step 2: Inform the parties about the matters needing attention in the trial of WeChat video, and remind them to ensure the signal stability. At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the trial, we debugged the WeChat video with the parties before the trial.

Step 3: During the trial, the presiding judge verifies his identity in strict accordance with legal procedures, announces court discipline, and fully protects the rights of the parties to state, give evidence, cross-examine and debate during the trial. Step 4: After the trial, the clerk will send the trial transcript to the WeChat group for the parties to verify, and the parties will confirm it in the group after confirming it, and inform them to send it back to the court after receiving the signature confirmation of the paper version of the trial transcript. Step 5: The trial team arranges a special person to record and video the whole trial process. The whole process of the case stayed in the WeChat group.

The process of court session is:

1. Write a civil complaint and provide a copy of the complaint;

2. After the indictment is prepared, formally file a lawsuit in the court filing room. After the court accepts the case first, it will pay the acceptance fee to the designated bank with the acceptance notice. Waiting for the notice of the court;

3. The court informed the defendant to testify in court;

4. The court issued a summons to inform both parties of the time and place of the hearing;

Article 173 When examining a case, the people's procuratorate shall interrogate the criminal suspect, listen to the opinions of the defender or the lawyer on duty, the victim and his agent ad litem, and put them on record. If the defender or the lawyer on duty, the victim and his agent ad litem put forward written opinions, they shall attach a volume.

If a criminal suspect pleads guilty and admits punishment, the people's procuratorate shall inform him of his litigation rights and the legal provisions of pleading guilty and admitting punishment, and listen to the opinions of the criminal suspect, defender or lawyer on duty, victim and his litigation agent on the following matters, and put them on record:

(1) Suspected criminal facts, charges and applicable legal provisions;

(2) Suggestions on a lighter, mitigated or exempted punishment;

(3) Procedures applicable to the trial of cases after pleading guilty and admitting punishment;

(four) other matters that need to listen to opinions.

If the people's procuratorate listens to the opinions of the lawyers on duty in accordance with the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, it shall provide necessary convenience for the lawyers on duty to know the relevant situation of the case in advance.
