How to remove the blue underline?

Open the document to be underlined, click the file button in the upper left corner, and click the open option in the drop-down list;

In the open word options window, switch from the default general tab to proofreading, and find the setting of "When correcting spelling and grammar in word" on the right;

Then uncheck "Check spelling while typing" and "Mark grammatical errors while typing" and confirm the saving settings;

Return to view the document, and all colored underscores will be removed.

Method 2: Ignore one point.

If the number of colored underscores is small, you can manually ignore them one by one, and right-click the underscores and select Ignore once or ignore them all;
