1. If the car loan is overdue for three months, the car will be collected. When the vehicle is overdue, it is generally that you don't remember the repayment date, or you don't see the reminder message from the bank. This situation generally does not cause serious consequences of car collection. According to the loan contract signed between the owner and the bank, repay the loan within the specified time. If the repayment is not made in time, there will be a grace period of several days. As long as the loan is paid off within the grace period, it will not enter the personal credit list.

2. Legal basis: Article 67 1 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC).

If the lender fails to provide the loan according to the agreed date and amount, thus causing losses to the borrower, it shall compensate for the losses.

If the borrower fails to collect the loan according to the agreed date and amount, it shall pay interest according to the agreed date and amount.

Article 674

The borrower shall pay interest at the agreed time limit.
