Notice of Traffic Management Bureau of Wuhan Public Security Bureau on Strengthening Road Traffic Management in Tomb-Sweeping Day

In order to ensure the safe and smooth road traffic and the smooth progress of citizens' sweeping activities during Tomb-Sweeping Day, according to the provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, the relevant matters on strengthening road traffic management are hereby announced as follows:

1.On March 23rd, 24th, 30th and 3rd1,on April 5th, 6th and 7th from 7: 00 to 15: 00, temporary traffic management measures will be implemented for the following roads:

(a) Forest Avenue (the intersection of Wangqing Road and Guanggu No.4 Road) is closed to motor vehicles (except buses).

(2) Wangqing Road (Luo Yan Interchange to Luoyu East Road) is closed to trucks.

(3) No parking is allowed in Yu He Lane (Guanggu 3rd Road to Guanggu 4th Road), Guanggu 4th Road (Forest Avenue to Yu He Lane) and Forest Avenue (Guanggu 3rd Road to Huashan Avenue Interchange).

Two. On March 30th, 3 1, April 5th, 6th and 7th, from 7: 00 to 15: 00, temporary traffic management measures will be implemented for the following roads:

(1) Hanyang Avenue (Liaoyuan Road to Mengjiapu subway station) is closed to motor vehicles (except buses, taxis and licensed vehicles).

(2) fairy mountain Road (Qintai Avenue to Hanyang Avenue) is closed to motor vehicles (except buses, taxis and licensed vehicles).

(3) Motor vehicles are prohibited from passing on the ramp from Gutian Bridge to Hanyang Avenue (except buses, taxis and licensed vehicles).

3. On March 30th, 3 1, April 5th, 6th and 7th 13 and 14, the following roads will be temporarily controlled from 7: 00 to15: 00 every day.

(a) Jinshan Avenue, Zhangbai Highway, Kong Lin Airport Avenue, Huanhu Road, Baiyin Road, Dongbai Highway, and Wuxin Line are prohibited from passing coaches (the traffic mode of social vehicles remains unchanged).

(2) Zhangbai Highway (Bai Yin Road to Wohushan Ring Road) and Wubai Road are closed to all trucks; Zhangbai Highway (Airport Avenue to Highway), Dongbai Road and Wuxin Line prohibit the passage of large trucks (social vehicles will remain unchanged).

(3) Motor vehicles going to Wohushan Tomb Area (Zhangbai Highway to Wohushan) need temporary one-way traffic. Vehicles are prohibited from entering Shuihushan intersection of Zhangbai Road. All motor vehicles are allowed to enter the cemetery from east to west via the route around Shuihu Mountain.

(4) Tea Garden Trail (Zhangbai Road to Sleeping Tiger Mountain Parking Lot) is closed to vehicles (except buses); Dongshan Diding Road (Lingqu to the parking lot) is closed to vehicles.

(5) No parking is allowed on all roads in Shuihushan area (unknown roads such as Zhangbai Highway, Huanshan Road, Chachang Road, Dongbai Road, Wubai Road and Dongshan Diding Highway).

Four. On April 5th, 6th and 7th, from 7: 00 to 17: 00 every day, temporary traffic management measures will be implemented for the following roads:

(1) You need to go to Wanfu Pure Land Cemetery and implement temporary one-way traffic for motor vehicles. All motor vehicles enter from Qijiashan intersection of Xincheng Highway, and drive one-way along Songgang Village and Qingshuitang Country Road to Airport Road.

(2) You need to go to Panmiao Cemetery (Yangluo Street Public Welfare Cemetery) and implement temporary one-way traffic for motor vehicles. All motor vehicles will enter from Wanjiazui intersection of Yangfu Line, and drive one-way along village roads such as Ancestral Hall Bay and Cartier Mansion to Gaoxin Street.

5. On March 30th, 3 1, April 1, and on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th, from 7:00 to 14:00 every day, temporary traffic management measures will be implemented for the following roads:

(1) Huaning Line (10 1 intersection of provincial road and Lisanjianwan pig farm) is closed to motor vehicles.

(2) Motor vehicles (except buses) are prohibited from passing through Happy Mountain Cemetery (Tianzishan Avenue intersection-Happy Mountain Cemetery parking lot).

(3) No parking is allowed on provincial highway 10 1 (Huaning Line-Huashan Avenue) and Tianzishan Avenue (provincial highway10/-Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway).

6. On March 30th, 3 1, April 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, vehicles in Xingxin Street (Xijiao Road-Wuchang Avenue) were closed; Trucks are not allowed to pass.

7. On March 23rd, 24th, 30th, 3rd1,April 5th, 6th and 7th, from 6: 00 to 12: 00 every day, trucks are prohibited from passing through Daihuang Expressway, Chenjiaji Avenue, Biandi Road, Han Huang Road and Tazihu East Road in Jiang 'an District.

Eight, the traffic management department of the public security organ may, according to the road traffic conditions, take other temporary traffic management measures as the case may be, and the traffic participants shall obey the command of the traffic police and on-site management personnel.

Nine. Anyone who violates this circular will be punished by the traffic administrative department of the public security organ in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations.
